Frequently Asked Questions
These are the questions we hear most; if yours is not covered, an advisor is one message away.
How long does it take to register an offshore company?
A Hong Kong company is typically incorporated in 1–3 business days; Singapore takes about 3–7 business days; a UK company 1–3 business days; US and BVI companies usually 3–10 business days. Government processing times can vary, and your advisor updates you throughout.
Can I register and bank without local residency?
Yes. Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, the USA and the BVI all allow non-resident shareholders and directors. For banking, we pre-screen your business background and documents, then match a suitable channel; digital banks such as BAXS, BISON and BKLIN tend to be friendlier to non-residents, while traditional banks weigh business substance more heavily.
How do you improve the odds of account approval?
We pre-screen your documents and business case, prepare supporting evidence (contracts, invoices, statements) in the format each bank prefers, and run applications with backup banks in parallel when needed. The final decision always rests with the bank — we do not promise 100% approval, but we will give you an honest read at every step.
What ongoing obligations come after incorporation?
A Hong Kong company files an annual return each year, renews its business registration and files profits tax returns when issued; a Singapore company files annual returns and tax returns; a BVI company pays its annual licence fee. We remind you ahead of each deadline and handle the filings to avoid penalties.
What do the fees cover? Are there hidden costs?
Package fees cover our services and are listed on this site. Government fees (incorporation, business registration) and third-party disbursements are charged at cost and itemised in your proposal before signing — no charges are added afterwards.
Can I open an account only, without incorporating?
Yes. If you already hold a qualifying Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, US or BVI company, we can provide account opening as a standalone service; your advisor will first check the company status and documents against the target bank\u2019s requirements.
Do I have to travel for account opening?
Most digital banks (BAXS, BISON, BKLIN) open accounts over a remote video process. Some traditional banks still require the director to attend a branch in person; your advisor will match the path to your travel plans.
How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?
After ordering, pay by bank transfer following the on-page instructions (USD or CNY both accepted), then share the receipt with your advisor. We issue commercial invoices for corporate clients — leave a note on the order if you need a contract and invoice.
