Overview
The Premium package is built for cross-border e-commerce, trading and holding companies with a clear operating plan. Beyond everything in the Basic package, we act as your first-year tax representative and forward all IRD correspondence, prepare and file the first annual return (NAR1), book and accompany your bank account interview, and arrange notarisation plus courier of the corporate documents. Shareholder and director KYC, together with business evidence such as contracts, a live website or store links, are required.
