The Premium package supports businesses that need a resident director and tax compliance — regional headquarters, cross-border e-commerce and family holding structures. On top of the Basic services it includes a nominee local director for the first year, tax representation with the first corporate income tax filing (Form C-S), the first annual return (AR), and bank appointment booking with interview accompaniment. KYC documents, business contracts and a source-of-funds statement are required.
