These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of allscey.com and related services (the "Services"), operated by Zhongjing International InfoTech & Trading Limited (the "Company"). By placing an order or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Scope of services
The Company provides offshore company formation assistance, bank account opening assistance and related compliance support. The exact scope is defined by the package you order and the proposal confirmed by your advisor. Incorporation and account opening are ultimately approved by the relevant registry and bank respectively; the Company does not guarantee any government or bank outcome.
2. Orders and payment
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when ordering. Package fees are the USD and CNY amounts shown on the order page; government and third-party disbursements are collected at cost and itemised before filing. After payment, send the receipt to the Company\u2019s email as instructed for reconciliation.
3. Client obligations
You are responsible for the authenticity and validity of the identity, address and business information you provide, and for cooperating with KYC and bank interview processes. Delays, rejections or losses caused by false, incomplete or late documentation are borne by you.
4. Refund policy
You may cancel an order in writing before the Company files with the registry or bank; government fees, third-party costs and work already performed are non-refundable. After filing, because outcomes depend on the registry and the bank, service fees already paid are non-refundable, though the Company will make reasonable efforts to assist with supplements or alternative channels.
5. Limitation of liability
The Company provides the Services with professional diligence but is not liable for indirect losses arising from changes in government policy, bank internal policy, force majeure, or inaccurate information you supply. The Company\u2019s aggregate liability for any order is limited to the service fees you actually paid for that order.
6. Intellectual property and site content
Text, graphics, marks and page designs on this site belong to the Company or the respective rights holders. Site content, including fees and timelines, may change with policy; the latest quotation confirmed by your advisor prevails.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be referred to arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules in force at the time.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Company may revise these Terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance.
